of course, Dhulbahante should receive their fair share of MPs and elect them on their discretion.

However,unfortunately, the Puntland leadership wishes to concede and appoint a few people who are their puppets as the representatives of the Dhulbahante. Consequently, the Dhulbahante are questioning if Somalia is in their best interest, hence the Khatumo/Somaliland talks.

The Dhulbahante unanimous supported the creation of Puntland in 1998. Albeit, there was dissatisfied with the political apparatus to some extent. But Puntland through it back in our face and decided to ally and conspire with Somaliland.
