4.5 the best political system ever

Why I like like this system?
It's fair and sustainable with very limited resources , and it's very friendly system for the minorities and women . I believe This is the best thing ever happened to those 2 groups. The most interesting thing I like about the 4.5 political game is how it's top leadership candidates are all relied on other qabiils instead of their own during the first election of the Parliament chairmanship . For example some MJs and mareexan and Abgaal MPs are backing jawaari . While Most D&M MPs are doing the opposite.
Politicians from the same clans are all are challenging each an other based on interests , and each one of them is backed by politicians from other clans who have their own Agendas . Unlike the Kenyan or Somaliland systems There is no qabyaalad driven emotions in Somalia's 4.5 system. Loosers have no feelings that they are sidelined by reer hebel, it's fair game, if you loose no hard feelings. This is the closest to qabyaalad free system for the Somalis , No other system can come close to this one. No way.
I challenge anti 4.5 campaigners to bring better alternative systems on the table, if you can't, please shut the phuk up.

One of the worst systems in the world.
I don't even need to get into it.

Actually it's one of the best in the world.
1. Very inclusive
2. Equal opportunity for all
3. Very peaceful, the possibility of national unrest is very slim under this system . While it's very high in Ethiopia, Somaliland, Kenya and even Djibouti, whose their elections caused a lot of bloodshed . No one dies or demonstrates in Somalia elections , no one complains about cabinet formation after the elections because the 4.5 is rational and transparent. I think many countries can learn something from this amazing system. You wanlaweyns should protect this system never change it, never. God created this for you to end your conflicts.

I actually agree with you. Those complaining about it think they're helping minorities but they're really harming them. Without allocating a quota for them the big clans would dominate them and they would get nothing. I think it's a realistic solution for now.
In a lot of places in the world they provide quotas for historically disadvantaged groups through programmes like Affirmative Action in the US and South Africa. They should do this in all places where minorities are underrepresented in Somalia. Otherwise boob aa meesha ka dhacayo.

They're not though. No one has ever stated that they are half a human being. It's a ratio for sharing things based on population size.
Somalia is overwhelmingly ethnically Somali. To give them posts based on a full 5 formula would be disproportionate relative to their population size and they would be overrepresented.

Exactly, We tested minorities and women In 5 different one person one vote Somaliland elections, they all failed , as a result we never had any gabooye in our lower house and local councils for the last 13 years. there is only one woman in the whole Parliament house. In contrast the 4.5 revolutionized the political participation of minorities and women for the first time in Somali history. Only two groups are against this good system, the first group are delusional Somalians who thinks the . 5 is unfair but they don't have any other solution. The second group have their own agendas for example puntland believes they can gain more representatives without the 4.5 which is obviously true. In other words they want to rob weaker clans.

I have to admit this system benefits minorities and women the most, but also this system is unfair for larger clans like hawiye who have Sheekhaal under them.
e.g a tiny sub sub clan of minority gets more ministers and MPs then a large Hawiye clan like gugundhabe or Hiraab who consist of many large subclans population and clan tree wise. Entire Habargidir gets one minister while a tiny cad cad subclans get two or three. That's very much unfair
