It seem the shadow of President Cabdilahi Farmaajo looms large over the Khaatumo Somaliland talks in Djibouti. The massive demonstrations in SSC in support of Farmaajo and his long phone call with President Cali Khaliif Galaydh have all but killed the talks.

The latest communique from these talks was all about how to combat the drought in Northern Somalia.
The talks are basically over. New realities, new priorities. A Somali nationalist is head of state.

No more secessionist dreams, we are all one.
