Criminal Somaliland minister asks SFG not to provide humanitarian aid to Dhulbahante regions

This is a criminal act to stop people affected by drought from receiving aid. It amounts to attempted genocide, which has always been a Somaliland agenda against the Dhulbahante people. They have even blocked international agencies from operating in these regions by making false claims about insecurity.
SSC is part of Somalia, not a tribal iiddoor administration.
No other Somali has this level of xaasidnimo, nacalaa waalidkiin ku yaal.
