Benaadir should pay tax to Somali regions

Taxx revenue was invested in Benaadir by Kacaan government. Till this day most aid is invested in Mogadishu.
Wealth needs to be redistributed to regions like Bay, Bakool, Gedo, Galgaduud as restitution. 50% should go to SL. 25% to PL
Booli qaran has to be returned to its rightful owners.

Horta why is it idoor that always beg despite not being part of Somalia. Xamar can get their 25% and shove it up their ass
Also the investment in xamar only isnt because of qabiil. All third world countries invest in the capital only thats normal
