al shabaab terrorists have contacted with this officer(via facebook) to facilitate a terrorist attack that would have targeted his commanders sending to him the bomber but the hunter became the hunted!

They were lured and killed!

the officer was rewarded with money and praise and will be promoted to a higher rank.
