Extremely cringe. This guy is extremely misinformed. He is absolutely right that we are not Arabs. Unfortunately, that is the only thing he is right about. He projects all the classical traits of 'black American' insecurity and wishes to impose this on Somalis and Africans.
Somalis are black incidentally, not culturally. Being black, for most Africans, is an incidental characteristic, nothing more. It's only used as an adjective. 'Black' is a construct. You're mistaken. Social scientists never made such a classification. And Afro-Asiatic is about language classification, not "categorisation of humanity."

You're mistaken. Social scientists never made such a classification. And Afro-Asiatic is about language classification, not "categorisation of humanity."

We get it, you are hurting from all the racism and stupidity of the world. But no need to vent on Somalis.
Bantu peoples have had a great history and civilisation in the past. In fact you guys are the real Hamites, us Somalis are actually Semites. The thing is that history and classification of peoples has been deliberately tampered with and lied about.
If only people knew the truth of who they are, all of this hate would end. We have all been completely disorientated from the truth.

I didn't bother to watch the video. Negroid, Caucasoid, Mongoloid, and Australoid - all sound malignant tumors. As far as classifications, the term Negroid never described Somalis. The word originated in the 19th Century and has something to do with craniometry - the measurement of skulls.
