Boss Khayre was invited by Norway but he sent the FM instead to avoid gossip and hearsay about Norways role in his appointment as an oil executive

so the man has changed and not ready to keep up with them. this means he differentiates between working for an NGO/Company and a country!

you may say he tried to deal with then Govt in favour of the company but now he is responsible for the govt while they were responsible for the govt at that time at that time!

so the boss decided to visit Ethiopia instead to make himself busy infront of the Norwegians
