I was wondering why the deposed prince did not complain when it happened. The media didn't talk about it. I thought, he was just a lazy arab prince who didn't care if he was the crown prince or not. Of course they do. I knew there was no way he was happy about being outsed or congratulated the new prince.

The move makes sense. The deposed crown prince is 57 years old (old school), while the new one is 31 years old (young blood). In a fast changing world where stability is very important, a young crown prince would ensure bold decisions, necessary reforms (economic/political), longevity (possibility of ruling 30-50 years), a ruler in touch with a growing young population, etc.
