No there hasn't in fact all development has declined entirely.

The place is ghost town ever since Somaliland captured it in 2007.

If you go back to 2007, cities such as Garowe, Borama and others were the same size as Laaska,

yet these cities has surpassed it in the later decade.

Why care to elaborate? Did your lot just flee or the isaaq ethnically cleansed you? It makes no sense at all.

Little missy the Dhulabahte never minded the Brits. In fact without the British saving your salivating gaping Qurji from the dervish you would have been extinct. The dervish completely cleansed Dhulabahte from their land sending tens of thousands fleeing to Berbera, Buaro and Sheikh to be fed in destitute camps.
