The director says that they can set the rates for planes? Anyone knows how this works?

"Somalia's airspace is currently category G, meaning uncontrolled"

So there is a grading system?

Is airspace revenue even supposed to be in the hundreds of millions? Thats the question.

50million is a good average, but it depends on number of airplanes that fly over Somali territory in a year, in our case 50million dollars is a good estimate, but the traffic on our territorial waters is 100 times more.

Somali is on such a strategic economic and military position on the globe that the few inhabitants perhaps 15million people can easily sustain the economy taxing foreigners, but instead of focusing on foreigners, trade and development, we murder each other over grassing lands and water holes subxanallah.
