He isn't yet president, and you're already seeking ictiraaf from him?

FYI, only through a referendum (that includes Somalia) & regional/world bodies such as AU, UN & SC, can SL gain ictiraaf. SL's gov, just like you, hasn't realized that yet for almost 30 years.

Nonsense, Somaliland and Zoomalia were constituent states of an illegal republic called the 'Somali republic' that was dismantled in 1969 by the military dictatorship. Somaliland is not part of Zoomalia and never was. Even if one ignores the absence of a legal union, one constituent state can't claim the other nor can one constituent state claim to be the successor state to the Somali republic.

A referendum would only include Somaliland and not Zoomalia let alone AU, UN etc.

The following day, on June 27, 1960, the newly convened Somaliland Legislative Assembly approved a bill that would formally allow for the union of the State of Somaliland with the Trust Territory of Somaliland on July 1, 1960.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Somalilan ... Somaliland
The union or marriage was initiated by Somaliland, so before a divorce can occur, a referendum has to happen, and Somaliland has to go through a legal process just like South Sudan. Short of that, independence won't happen. It didn't happen for close to 30 years. SL's gov doesn't even know that.

Nonsense, again you're driven by clan bias mr 0.5 Barwaani.

Indeed, Somaliland was the only Somali speaking country sincere about uniting all Somali speaking territories.

The Act of Union was ratified in the National Assembly of Somaliland on June 27, 1960, however the bilateral treaty was not ratified by Zoomalia making the proposed union null and void.

If it wasn't for the Cold War that prolonged the occupation of SL, this problem would've been solved a long time ago. Nonetheless, Zoomalia has no legitimacy claiming Somaliland.

Somalilands case is completely different from South Sudans. The latter seceded from Sudan. Somaliland, on the other hand, is reclaiming her long lost sovereignty.

I'm just here to see secessionist tears, the provide me life energy. I just love to see when a badly thought out plan disintegrates, as if almost 3 decades of ictiraaf raadis didn't already result in failure. The SL enclave is a case study in how NOT TO seek for recognition :blessed:

I think you are a desperate Daarood that think ass fisting yourself is revenge against isaaq.

The election in Kenya is immaterial to SL status and also the drivel from Farmaajo and the powerless pronouncement from the tribal coffee shop your kind regard as a parliament is also meaningless.

There is no Somali entity that can challenge SL, your booty clapping celebration is futile.

He used to go by the username 'Arabman', an Islamist Barwaani.

He could be Dofaar Ismaciil, either way he's a langaab that can't state his clan for obvious reasons.
