Somalia approves 2017 budget

At $260M the 2017 National Budget is the highest in Somalia's history according to financial experts.

In contrast to Somaliland's 2017 budget:
Somaliland ministers approved without vote abstention a budget of $362M thus facilitating the finance ministry to present it to the House of Representatives, the country’s lower chamber of parliament for either approval or rejection as per the constitution.

Maakhir budget in 2017 $400 million the highest of any Somali speaking State.
Just because I say it doesn't mean it's true.
I doubt a clan of 3 habros can come up with even $100 million
