They also tried pinning the blame of former Galmudug president because he supposedly signed an agreement that recognised ONLF as terrorist ... so the government are merely innocent enforcers what a crafty way to shift blame their somehow .... they forget that it was actually them that arrested and handed over the guy ... this is a sick government.
