Where Does Farmaajo's Loyalty Lay: Somalia or The US?

As a Citizen of the United States of America, Mr Farmaajo took an oath of allegiance. This is the oath that was taken by Mr Farmaajo as he sought to become United States citizen:

I hereby declare, on oath, that I absolutely and entirely renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign prince, potentate, state, or sovereignty of whom or which I have heretofore been a subject or citizen; that I will support and defend the Constitution and laws of the United States of America against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I will bear arms on behalf of the United States when required by the law; that I will perform noncombatant service in the Armed Forces of the United States when required by the law; that I will perform work of national importance under civilian direction when required by the law; and that I take this obligation freely without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; so help me God

Therefore, I ask the questions, As the President of Somalia is Farmaajo bound by this oath? Or Has he denounced and nullified his United states of America citizenship?

Also since he had absolutely and entirely renounced his allegiance and fidelity to Somalia, which he had been a citizen of (prior to taken this oath) and had sworn an oath to support and defend the Constitution and laws of the United States of America, when and how has he regained his Somalia citizenship?

Fair question and I don't know the answer but I will say this under Islamic law you must respect and follow the laws of the country you move to . Farmaajo had to become citizen as being illegal alien is Haram as it breaks U.S. law
