How much for a Villa in Somalia?

I was thinking hirshabeelle/Jubaland/puntland? A big house with 10 bedrooms, 2 kitchens and a big backyard. Is 200 000 US dollars enough? I need advices, please.

You could build a hotel with that amount of money.

Buy A Villa in either Kismayo or Berbera or Bosaso.

200,000 is more than enough you could build 2 actually
