Gaas, he has alot of opposition in PL but he is generally liked by Somalis, he has issues with Warsangili and subclan of Majerten called Siwaaqroon, but he has done better in terms of public relations than any PL president except Cadde Muse who was not hated by the people in general. During Farmaajo's peace walk Gaas leeched of this support and reignited the support from PLanders and even Dhullos. Tukaraq was also an opportunity for Gaas to unite the Hartis and gain even more support.
Xaaf, he recently had mutiny as well as half of Galmudug not recognising him as president but during the visit from President Farmaajo he managed to gain favour from all Galmudugians except reer cadaado who only recently were appeased(money talks) his support stems from sharing power more fairly uniting Galmudug and will be recorded in history.
Biixi recently elected president of SL, he did not have massive support and even when the result finally came out it only made the opposition bigger and jeegaan became a household term, further more general opinion of biixi went down the drain when he arrested and beat an old Somali comedian that is known and loved by all Somalis, Xaaji Dabcasar but also the fact that they are chasing a young gedabursi fanaan around attacking and even killing some of his family members in Borama. Biixi took another hit when the Suldaan from his subclan Habar Awal started to brag about grabbing power using an unholy tribal alliance and not real politics, this further divided the society and alienated Garhajis the biggest subclan in Isaac. Tukaraq seems to be the only success of Biixi so far, but it might lead to a war that will destabilise relations with Dhulbahante which is already on thin ice Update the fighting is actually taking place as I type this.
Madoobe not much to say, fiasco after fiasco, he hosted what could be seen as an attempted coup against Farmaajo which did not gain favour from the public. His failure to gain any territory from Alshabab outside of Kismaayo is also another point lost. Currently he is hated by Rer Kismaayo but somewhat liked by Rer Gedo, rest of Jubaland is pretty much Alshabab who are openly fighting him. He had alot of support as he appealed to nationalist feelings of the Somali people, and this was reinforced when he hosted the regional football finals, however he left behind all the Marehan players from gedo during the finals which really pissed off the rer gedo.
Waare, facing an easy task to be liked since his predecessor was an abject failure. However Waare has been involved in many anti-SFG meetings and narratives, not sure if he is trying to play tribal politics but he is tiny guy when it comes to the general public, most Somalis do not even know who he is.
Sakiin hated by all Somalis, his presence in the political scene is a mystery
Ileey hated by everyone including his own clan, however Ileey has made some development for kilinka and although his character and mannerism is deplorable he has benefited greatly from alliance with Tigreys and today his harsh stance against Oromo killing Somalis seems to be welcomed.
. Kulaha Biixi didn't have massive support when he won the vote by around 57% 
. by whom really?! Farmaajo is an autistic man who was disowned by his own family, looong before he bursted in to the messy and crazy Somali politics by God knows how! This autistic man spoke few heart wrenching words to a desperate and depraved people, who were longing for a saviour, justifiably perhaps amid the suffering that they have endured!
