He is Dhumuga. Arsi fall under dhumuga, not Afran Qallo.
Most people in OPDO or other parties are mostly Arsi or Maccaa(wallaga, Jimma, iluababora ect).
Right now, no one cares about what region, clan or religion anyone is from. Oromos are for the first time, in a very long time united under the qeyrro movement.

Yes, without oromo Ethiopia is nothing because Oromo are good slaves they make good numbers in the army and are ruled by tigray or Amhara.
Oromos already have the president position (the most useless position in ethiopia) of Ethiopia. If oromos get the PM ( then we can say they control ethiooia but that will never happen because leadership belongs to tigray or amhara (habesha high landers)

Won't make one bit of difference. It's been written on the stars and not even Oromo can influence it. 40 millions mindless hordes having power to influence not ethiopia but africa, is a blasphemy at the very least and it will never happen.
But a political sinecure for the oromo, is something we encourage.

Which Ethiopia would he likely become the new prime minister of once Tigray and Somali Region declare and implement Article 39?
How would you forge economic progress when you become an even smaller landlocked Ethiopia? Surely Port Sudan and Mombasa are insanely far away. You'd have to go through Somali lands be it in DDSI, Djibouti, Somalia proper, and Tigray to get to antiquated Eritrean ports, to get your goods in and out.
Suggestion: don't burn your britches with Somalis; calm the f down and cooperate with your Somali neighbors.
