A look back to 2005 when the TPLF feared an Amhara resurgence and was preparing to tell oromos and somalis to secede!!

''Those closer to the government have revealed that, had the May 2005 elections resulted in the defeat and ouster of PM Meles and the TPLF, the different ethnic groups would have been warned that the Amharas would make a comeback and reverse the ''gains'' achieved under the Meles regime. The EPRDF would then ask ethnic-based political parties under the EPRDF to evoke their right, as stipulated in the Constitutions Article 39, and seek the independence of their kilil. The Tigray region, which is highly militarized, would ensure the achievement of that goal by employing its full military force. It was unclear how the tigrayan people and others who consider themselves Ethiopian nationalists would have responded to this scenario. According to Tecola, the Ethiopian Military could have intervened to maintain the status quo. At the moment, ethnic politics have lost followers as it has not met the basic needs of Ethiopians. The TPLF-led government, however, has continued to play the ethnic card, its only means for staying in power. The ethnic-based conflicts that flare up in the different regions of the country are blamed on the TPLF. The colonial stratagem of divide and rule seems to be alive in Ethiopia's polity hindering the establishment of a strong, democratic, and united Ethiopia striving to improve the quality of life for its citizens and face the challenges of the 21st century.''

Tigre are laangaab small but They are smart and United their awrajas are strong tigre are millionairs. Tigre number one enemy is amhara. Gondere amharas. Tigre and Eritrea fought amhara. Because amhara are the strongest group they are first confident with ethiopia. I have never seen an amhara to run away from Ethiopia. Eritrea was humiliated by amhara. Amhrara used to bomb the shit out of massawa and keren and rape beautiful Eritrean girls and they let their brothers and father watch how they raped them. Amhara called meles a son of an Eritrean hooker. Because meles allowed Eritrea to break away. Amhara Is the true leader. Shewan and gonder amharas fought the hardest in the 1998 border war in badme. Lets see what amhara opposition do and how they challenge woyane

the main reason for their success was EPLF. people overlook that fact, due to ignorance, or personal issues/reasons.
for example, their first leaders were trained where?
who armed them?
who even sent experienced leaders to make sure they were okay in their beginning stage(s)??

also keep in mind that mengistu under-estimated the tplf.
they assumed that if they focused solely on eritrea, they could crush their cousins, the tplf.
so that gave tplf ample time to build up a large force, and a large assortment of captured weapons.
but never ever forget that...without the eplf, opdo, andm, tplf would've been stuck in mekelle and tigray.
they could only expand into other regions by forming alliances with the other nations.
and by that time, both oromo and amhara peasant-farmers, hated the derg so much, they welcomed ANY anti derg force into their lands.

i would not praise tigrayan millionaires, because all of that money was looted....
they didn't get it from hard work, intelligence, and so on; so why praise thieves?

^this is what oromos do when given the chance to fulfill their potential.

and the amhara never fought tigray or eritrea alone. they always hid behind oromo soldiers.
oromo were the muscle, in shewa, and amhara were the diplomats.
together, they overwhelmed everyone, from the other oromo clans, to other amhara provinces, to the gurages, to the others.
in fact, the muslim gurage already smashed the amara forces before, until the oromo general gobana dacce showed up and crushed them.
look up the rebellion of hassan injamo in gurage lands.

LOL who told u amara fought the hardest at badme? it was oromo and amara together who fought the hardest.
do u know who led the operation that captured barentu and cut off the supply lines of eritrea?
it was the now OLF general Kemal galchu, who used to be a brigadier general in the army.

see for yourself:

at 1:55 u can see them interviewing kemal galchu.
he basically is saying: no matter the price, ethiopia will get her lands back.
we won't take their lands, nor will we allow them to take ours.

he eventually defected to the OLF in eritrea in 2006....

I think oromo is strong but They lack spin doctors oromo is a farmer you need some one like faisal cali waraabe in the oromo party. You need structure pure oromunna nationalism strong pillars even if you use hate It can work. You need to radicialize oromo youth.

Oromo is strong fearless but you need to show who is te boss. You need to be savage inhumane..You need to push the limits oromo are for world peace this doesn't work in the world. Eritrean are beasts they are soldiers tigray are the same. Amara two menelik sold gurages to Arabs in the 19 century. Menelik soldiers plundered raped oromos in the name of abyssinia. You Need to do the same. We isaaq said guul ama geeri. Either isaaq is going to live or darood will live isaaq and darood can't live side by side in peace. We have anihilate them and murder them and burn their villages

Long live oromia
