What’s wrong with Gaashanle and KIngwasaali, they both appreciate development. The problem is you and Xplaya and all this negativity.LeJusticier wrote: Wed Sep 12, 2018 6:49 pm as long no sewage system, pavements etc guryo xun xunoo la dhisay horumar uma aqaano.

You are right Lejusticier... Hargeisa is only worth visiting if you want to loot the place.

I live in the UAE and 5 out of the 7 states do not have a sewage system (RAK, Sharjah, Ajman, UAQ and Fujairah). This is one of the richest countries in the world and your saying that because Burco doesn’t have one then you will consider nothing development.
Plus it’s the governments job to develop infrastructure not the private business man. This kind of development should be applauded because these guys are investing money into their own country rather than abroad

ma fahantay? I will applaud you when you make a great accomplishment like waterwell in Coodanle. Meesha haraadku ku dilay reer daahir.
I meant Dhoqoshay not Coodanle. You kept saying state has failed us. State intaad sugaysid ayaa qiyaamuhu dhacayaa. Waar qaladku waa shacabka. Markay dooranayaan Mayors waxay ku doortaan reer iyo ka wax xadi kara.caadani90 wrote: Fri Sep 14, 2018 2:03 pmLeJusticier wrote: Fri Sep 14, 2018 8:02 amI cant stand calling daar yar development....there's nothing to celebrate. Oday firstly Reer Daahir coodanle ma Dego ee dhulka kalo baro. Secondly, you will only understand how silly what your saying is when you separate the roles of the state and private investors. The states job is to facilitate private investment by developing the infrastructure required to attract private investment (roads, electricity, water, sanitation etc).
In the case of Somaliland where the state has failed to put up the necessary investment the private business community has continued to invest and this is to be applauded rather than shot down. It is not their job to develop infrustructre and what you call shitty little buildings are actually jobs creating commercial properties which means that these guys are doing their bit.
The private businessman wants to make a return on his investment so why should he spent his hard earned money on water well in Coodanle for a bunch of goat herders.

Hada ka hor ayaan ku idhi reer CeelAfwein maxaa u doorateen dibjirka. Waxay iigu jawaabeen iyagaa wax cuni kara. Laba sano ka dib ayaan ku noqday. Markaasay ka cawdeen waxqabad la'aanta. Waxaan ugu jawaabay golaha degaanka waxaad u doorateen way sameeyaan, 'Inay wax xadaan ayaad u doorateen.' You cannot blame them. Reer Ceelafwein wax ay iigu jawaabaan ayay waayeen.
Golaha degaanka waxay u doortaan inay wax xadaan, hadhowtana state has failed to us ku laha. Dont blame the state blame the local idiots.
Ma fahantay? mise typical reer Daahir baad tahayoo cidi wax kuuma sheegi karto?
It's already surpassed in terms of water supply sytem, better town plan, wider roads, etc and now developments in speed.
