You have no hope other than begging others even the most basic things , you couldn't even arrest roobow on your own and he was inside villa baydhabo . You needed Ethiopian troops to arrest one man for you inside your own government office in baydhabo. Even supermarket security guys have more capabilities than Somalia army atleast they properly catch the theif before they call the police .
