Actually it's the opposite , police chief of gebiley is warsangeli from ceergabo . He promoted that officer today for sparing the life of stupid journalist . Normaly Somaliland police act allows the police to kill if they feel that they are attacked. This journalist was very lucky . This is message to all other journalists they can be shot died if they ever try to disrespect a police officer.
