They spent 6 trillion on war on terror in the middle east and asia, if they fix somalia for pennies and get belt road front seat they making big profits.

US foreign policy has been a disaster, look at how Afghanistan and Iraq have turned out. Even with boots on the ground, US war on terror has been a nightmare. America has failed in every country. They need to rethink their strategy:
