If there is any truth in this reprting then President Biihi has no regard for Somalilnd's image with the international community. It was just couple days ago that Biihi decided to unilaterally release convicted pirates.

Ilaahaybaa nalehe guulwade manoqonkarno. And this wasiir being in cahoots with some sleeping cells of terrorists groups is not something new, I heard it few months back when I was in Hargeisa.
