If centralists in Somalia like you OP were smart you'd recognise Somaliland as a separate country and in return Somaliland would not only align its foreign policy to Somalia's but also SL would work with her neighbour to defeat and destroy both the terrorists and more significantly the five breakaway tribal regions especially so called 'puntland' in order for Somalia to once again be a stable nation with an all-powerful central govt
