Now it is the gov is taking a small, local, and TEMPORARY issue like Madoobe in Kismaayo and using the permanent, national, existential issue of hundreds of miles of coastal waters with god knows how many billions of dollars of economic benefit from fish to oil to gas and using that as GORGORTON (negotiations).
