Wow! i have exchanged some pms with inactive snetter he is really well blanced guy though he has mucaarad connections i wont say his name!

All you need from Xamar is good interconnecting roads like highway directly linking Hirshabelle to Xamar and the port.

Let me tell you about Kenya.The Kikuyu community have less influence in Nairobi county.They dont care because they have the Highways built by China connecting Nairobi to the Kikuyu counties which are neighbour nairobi.
So all the agricultural produce reaches nairobi a max one hour.
So when you invest in Agriculture other industries start thriving like the transport industry as well and newjobs and industries start springing up.
So even though the Nairobi county and representatives have less Kikuyu but most businesses is owned by Kikuyus because Agriculture is the best Business as there is always mouth to feed.

All you need to lobby with Xamar govenrment is prevent importing food that is grown locally and prevent UN or other NGos brinnging food from abroad.

i personally think his time would be consumed by conflicts, i dont think marexaan has the apitate for a pm and if he elect a OG i think that might balance things for him but hawiye would mould him and his murursade on daily basis with a Cagdheer PM that doesnt understand hawiye politics.
