I gather one of the co-accused brothers was spared pending ongoing negotiations of a possible blood money settlement with the family of the murdered young girl. In any event, kudos to the Puntland authorities for carrying out, at least partially, the sentence and executing some of the culprits of the brutal rape and homicide of an innocent child.
