Didn’t know it was moving in the first place. Another Federal building at least means more jobs for the local populace, more economic activity in that area. Whoever has real estate here should hold on to it.

Bad move. This xarun will get jidka sodonka closed from Baar ubax to Towfiiq.
And Warshadaha most likely from Carafaat to kuliyada (Raadeerka) intersection.
Basically the only road functioning in xamar will be Wadnaha Rd.
Neighbourhoods directly affected are Carafaat, Ciise cabdi, Towfiiq, Juungal, Xamar Jadiid, Cali Kamiin,Baar ayaan, Suuq Bacaad, dayniile

Xamar will be under a blockade. Makka al mukarama closed. Sodonka will function in one block ( Black sea to Baar ubax). Cali kamiin and isgoyska Towfiiq closed. And then it will start functioning between Isgoyska towfiiq to Fagax.
Warshadaha from Suuq xoolaha to Carafaat will function. Ifka xalan, miisaanka dhuxusha closed. And then from Raadeerka to ex control Afgooye.

Abkoow, what should be the solution?
The gov becomes stronger and takes back more responsibility every day.
Villa Somalia make shift ministries are no longer enough. They have to move for space.
At this rate you're saying move if they can't stop developing.

My solution would be that gov builds their Hqs in the outskirts instead.
You have to understand the pros and cons first. Pros, Soddonka n warshadaha are currently no man's land/ Shacab area. With the ministry moving there people would feel Dowladnimada more like in East Muqdisho ( Xamarweyne, Shingaani, Abdulcasiis, Hawl wadaag etc)... but for a great cost. It will severely hurt the movement. Kids going to school will get affected. Business,Suuq bacaad the second largest business hub in Xamar will get affected.
Heck I am even worried about my awoowe who has dialysis 3 times a week in Digfeer. A 20 min car ride will take hours at best. Currently he uses sodonka with ease.
You have the security issues too. I'm from Juungal not far away from the new xarun. In north west Muqdisho you ain't got to worry about Qaraxs and mortar attacks n shit. With this new xarun things will change.
It would be better if Dowladda made their Xarun in the outskirts of Kaaraan or Suuqa xoolaha area.
