There's no excuse for Somalia to delay what is essentially a fake election whereby neither the President nor the two houses of Parliament will be chosen by universal suffrage

UNSC has no power to enforce anything. What are they going to do keep on expressing frustrations?

Election is happening 8th of february 2021. Huff or puff there won’t be any delay.
