why would sayid axmed maxamed islaam negotiate with a president on his last days? 
it's over, farmaajo is done, he holds zero leverages as he's played all his cards already and I suspect he knows that as well. All he's doing right now is to secure marehan future post his departure by arming them, because he knows madoobe and his blessed ogaden will come for gedo once he's gone, and gedo loses most of the hawiye SNA who are protecting it right now.
