Now, I have kept my mouth shut inline with the decision I made to not inform anything about politics in the future.

Caytame, that statement informs, 100%, only the fact that you do not understand the process at a basic minimum.

1. September Agreement ---> CONFIRMATION (What is happening/function/event/)----> "I am throwing a birthday party FOR so and BY so" ---> " We have decided on the PROCESS that will inform the realization of Elections"

2. Baidoa Technical Agreement--> IMPLEMENTATION (how is this happening) ----> "Bakery X will be the place to get the cake" ----> "We have decided that Elections will take place in the 2 locations of Garbaharay and Kismaayo"


3. Consultative Discussion NOW --->"EXECUTION " (who is making it happen)--->" Hey Farah, you are going to be responsible for ordering and picking up the cake from Bakery X"------> "We have decided on the identity of the reconciliation teams from all Federal States EXCEPT Jubbaland that will be administering the vote in Garbahaarey in line with Baidoa Technical Agreement"

Do you see now that you have been made confused at very basic level of understanding about this process by your side?
