Somaliland is not real, it's a mythical country. It's the Wakanda of east africa. Dhulbahante don't care about Somaliland, and I doubt these guys are harti. It's lies. They are probably Isaaq who came to leech off the government as always.That's why only 4 defected, because that's how many we recruited from Isaaq.
