The Bureaucrat from Buffalo who pushed Somalia to the Brink

Post by MrSinister »

Good article from ny times. https://www.nytimes.com/2021/04/30/wor ... QfaDS2WajF

Farmaajo presidency has done serious damage to Somalia and set the country back years. He’s isku dir tactics between clans, trying to destabilize the most stable and functioning state in Somalia, disregard for the constitution and attacking opposition, secretly using al Shabab, among many other things. I think his legacy will be as the worst president Somalia has seen.

Deni will sign the September Agreement. It us over.

All this will be water under the bridge the day after it is signed.

A year from now it won't even be part of living memory with Farmaajo having taken Somalia to newer heights.

Farmaajo has no political future in Somalia. The question is whether he resigns gracefully or is forced out. He has no leverage and has been defeated politically and militarily.

That being said, only time will tell. In the meantime, continue your delusions and misinformation.

Thanks for the article Sinister this is the most poignant sentence in the article which Farmaajo should deeply evaluate.
I feel a lot of fear,” said Zahra Qorane Omar, a community organizer, by phone from Mogadishu. “We’ve gone through enough suffering. The bullet is not what this city or its people deserve.”

Deni "caught" covid-19. Probably after hearing what the USA said.
