Here is a li'l background info
It would have been better to just slate Badhan seats proportional to their population. Only residents of Wasakhgali villages would vote n only Wasakhgali candidates would compete. No matter how many boycott or vote, they would get the same number of seats based on their population. Yeah so Ima repeat this I'm not give them affirmative action, only the number of seats proportional to their population. Just like we don't make candidate put Zeila n Hargeisa n Burao compete on the same ballot, we should not have Wasakhgali candidates competing on the same ballot. A seperate ballot for Zeila, Las Anod, n Badhan containing a number of seats proportional to population.

So tha problem now is too Wasakhgali voters boycotted. Problem is Wasakhgali candidates were competing on the same ballot as Isak. They all lost to Isak n even a Gahayle.

I say deport the Gahayle to Budhcadland then give his vacant seat to a loyal Warsangeli.

I'm glad Musa Ismail got more seats. Still we shoulda put atleast 1 seat in a separate constituency consisting of just Wasakhgali voters. Say they were represented. We can't let Wasakhgali traitors score propaganda points by saying they got zero seats. A seperate ballot for Wasakhgali areas only. Again proportional to population. No extra seats

I'm happy Wasakhs got no seats. If they come back into the SL fold they will get their fair share. No special treatment for them however
