Deputy governor of Puntland facilitated a convicted murder's escape

"Relatives of the victim alleged that Puntland Vice President Ahmed Elmi Osman had facilitated the escape of the convicted murderer from jail. They called for Puntland Government to bring to book people who helped Jama escape from the jail."
