Hirshabelle will be finish before 10 march. PL said till 6 march. KG only 15 remained this is old post saying 19. GLK will be finish before the deadline. it will be only Gedo that may not elect its mps before the last deadline but the election will take place in its time!

ustad sahal misundertand quorom rule. u can't count every elected MP as part of the quorom. only tha niggas who show up for a vote get counted. like ustad sultandorder said wut happen if u get lest than 2/3 showing up for ur vote? no quorom

I answered you this question before when i told you it's what Sheikh CBB Abdi Heysy told you and i said no one can be against the scheduled speaker and president election days by the NCC bc of Beesha caalamka and as for security Rooble backed by Amisom will protect the parliament building and the president will be elected in afisyoone in Xalane
