The Ethiopian government knows that Jubbaland state is the only competent Admin that can bring stability to this area. For the first time in the last 15 years since Farmaajo has started his occupation of this region Alshababs presence has become a common factor. Today Alshabab taxes all vehicles that enter and leave Beledxaawo town with their Isbaaros placed on all road passages.
