The well drilling and expanding GM settlement in Daarusalaam Mudug comes after 3 months when GM send an delegation there for settlement expansion.

It's politically useful for you to always lie claim on all mudug , if you need galmudug to develop its own unique status you should create goals for the peaple , and also create enemies for them.
Goal number : economy development. ports , corridors, restricted entry and exit points. Land reform, creating corporate businesses linked to other states .
Enemy number 1 should be alshabaab , all galmudugians should be programed to fight against wahaabism. Ahlu suna should be in charge of all religious affairs in galmudug.
By claiming all mudug even if you don't care Northern mudug today, it opens a legal case for you to take it in case you need in the future.

Unfortunately a major slaughter has just taken place......at least 100 Hg Saruur, Ceyr and Sacad fighting with and against Al Shabaab.
