This is not feasible.. First of all Puntland is already inside Laascaanod but LA and PL making it public that they are in it together will only mean that Somaliland will enlarge her offensive operation to include Garowe and Bossaso..

Right now Laascaanod is under siege but tomorrow it will be Garowe and Bossaso mark my words this will come to fruition.

I don't even think they will release anything but still deny besides Sool, Sanaag and cayn 80% of it is settled by Isaaq hence this is not feasible and also the Iidoors don't want to exit the border zones between PL and Sl
