He always like to give his opinion on what countries in the Horn should be doing yet he can't or won't even make Eritrea a state of functioning institutions eg elected Parliament and independent courts. I fear Eritrea will collapse when he goes

Having said that Isaias is right about Somalia needing a strong central government and a single military that controls all of Somalia including Bari and Nugaal. Isaias also wants Somaliland to get Somalia's approval to be recognised globally as independent.....same way Eritrea sought Meles' approval to win recognition as independent by beesha lixaad
