It is not looking good. The initial assessment says there is more to the Aid theft story than meets the eyes.
Entities have solicited professional investigators as a result of this issue.
Initial response is saying this would have been exponentially worse had they either coopted or successfully removed Laftagareen but they failed.
This in turn is why they were so dependent on Ahmed Madoobe and gave him carte blanche.
All I have to say is "hal xaaraan ah nirig xalaal ah ma dhasho."
