In somaliland the number one thing we need is cheap electricity. Once we setup the power grid , we can generate the power from multiple sources. We need This to increase our manufacturing capacity and save the environment. If the peaple have cheap energy they won't cut the trees for fuel. More trees Will be planted and the rain pattern can be stabilized.

We are suggesting the loan should only be granted to those who can repay. Whether it's companies or states. Any get rich quickly scheme must be rejected. We promise the republic will pay back any thing we receive for development. This is not charity. So every one should be careful of what they are taking. Otherwise no one will trust us ever again.
