There were many Dhulbahante whom were sympathetic go sl......especially in the last few years.
However, everything changed after the attempted genocide.

As I remember you were one of many who was advocating for the genocide and ethnic cleansing of Dhulbahante.

You will be hard pressed to find any Dhulbahante whom would want to rejoin sl.

but Dhulos want to force all of Somaliland to join Somalia, not only their own Khatumo enclave and that is what the root of the problem is here

let Khatumo show they are serious about peace by pushing Somalia's government to officially recognise Somaliland as independent in exchange for Somaliland unofficially (not officially) letting go of the Harti lands in our East. However why would Somalia want only the Harti parts of Somaliland, which is less than a third of the total SL territory? Why would Mogadishu give up on Hargeisa, Berbera, Zeila, Wajale etc.

OD we don't want any more conflicts but many of your people (not you yourself necessary) want all of Somaliland to come under Somalia, we won't stand idly by if you wish to serve as Xamar's cannon fodder, the situation now is different to August last year and you know it (i.e. MOU)

Somaliland today means the ex British Somaliland Protectorate, we don't have to control 100% of our claimed territory to be an independent, recognised country
