Fact is somaliland is extremely poor and gets majority of it's funds from donor countries. The very same that you mock in xalane.

You don't have the funds to sustain any kind of a bombing. You used everything you had in laasacaanood.

That's not a fact. Somaliland government do not receive any funding like budget support from any one in the world.

Donor countries work with us in capacity building , or some basic development projects. They never give any direct funds to the government itself.

Forget about buying more , We inherited the heaviest artillery from the military regime , we just didn't use it.
