Somalia will never allow the iidoors to sell its territory to the Xabashis. It's just not gonna happen.....no matter how much you suck up to the Ethiopians.

Not only iidoors, but skinny clans of all stripes, must be allowed to dispose (as they see fit) of any tract of land that falls within the boundaries of their ancestral homelands.
Re: why many Somalis say that DDSI is part of Somalia not Ethiopia
we're not selling/ceding territory to Ethiopia but Zoomalia can't do anything as it's a failed state with zero power. Stop chasing the mirage called midnimo brooriginal dervish wrote: Thu Sep 26, 2024 3:11 pm Somalia will never allow the iidoors to sell its territory to the Xabashis. It's been 30 years since you started your fantasy and your no closer to your goals than when you began.
It's clear to anybody with a brain.....you will never receive recognition from the international community.

Re: why many Somalis say that DDSI is part of Somalia not Ethiopia
recognition of our independence is a separate matter to the issue of Somaliland being de facto independent on the ground......midnimo like pre 1991 will never happen again and it's better you accepted this for your own sake OD

Re: why many Somalis say that DDSI is part of Somalia not Ethiopia
We will never accept to see sl as an independent state.
Re: why many Somalis say that DDSI is part of Somalia not Ethiopia
Somaliland is already an independent country on a de facto basis.......and it will remain so forever until the world ends.
The only question remaining is if we get formal recognition from the international community or not
Honestly any Somalian who dreams of conquering either Somaliland or Ethiopia's Somali region needs to be treated with psychosis because this will never happen. The Failed State of Somalia isn't even guaranteed that it'll even manage to take control over its renegade Majertenia enclave either

This is the right time for the Somali irredentists to haad their burhaanukum. There should be a war between Ethiopia and Somalia or Somalis in general.

We are lucky we're not taken over by Ethiopia.
Somalia is like China during the hundred years of humiliation during the 19th century.
Every European country and Japan had settlements in China... ..the British even forced opium on the weak Chinese.
Somalia still has a lot going for it. We have a small youthful population, enormous resources, plenty of agricultural land for crops and livestock, fisheries etc.
Our achillies heel is incompetent and corrupt political leadership.

In my opinion I think the entire horn of Africa is in dire situation. Starting from Sudan. And this situation can only be changed through two methods
1.peaceful fragmentation, every one should stand on his ground and his possessions should be respected.
2. A dominant force should emerge that's capable to subdue all others more quickly.

The world is moving towards integration.....fragmentation and division is not a sustainable proposition.
Regions/ countries conquering neighbouring territories is outdated .
China is expanding across the world with mutual benefit policies. Zero sum game in Somalia must end.
