Whats the deal with....?

I have seen many times the news about this fund-raisin events for Hiiraan university, which i think is a very good step, but does any one know whats the deal with this particular uni?? I mean is there antything special about it?? There are several other unis through out Xamar, hargeisa and other cities but i never heard about them that much.

Tell me a good reason why should people money go into a fails university system in Somalia?How would i know if my money would go into the university rather than the warlord.


PS.Fact the truth people Somalia is long gone..Their maybe a government system in place.But what good does that do for us when they barely control the capital?
