i go to the sauna 4 or 5x a week...thats how often i go to the gym. i usually just relax and stretch, warm up my muscles before i play ball.

just last week the ladies sauna was broken, and some naughty women
sneaked into the mens.

I walked in to see these two, in there..

We have got a sauna at our home right next to the gym. I go twice a week. It' s so relaxing you feel like you were born again. Very refreshing!.
