Ivory coast are a good team and I now understand that their qualification for the world cup was not a fluke.

I also am not sure where to watch this match from Sad

Checkout Soccertv.com if you live in the States or Canada. I think there's similar site for Europe.

i think Egypt has played better than the Ivory coast. Some good teams (Nigeria and Cameroon) have been defeated.

I say go Egypt! Ivory Coast, Togo and Angola do not have the strength to represent africa.

Did you people see the subsitituted player who called his coach "donkey"?

Caydid, I just read about that guy. He is going to be suspended for six months. Unfortunately for him, he will miss the big game on friday.

You seem so sure that IC will win. Do you play faal? Do you know what faal means?

I know 2 kinds of faal. One has its roots in Belgium and is a qori with high velocity the other is performed by the witchcrafts of the Jubba valley , so the answer is no I am not from Jubboyinka and I never carried a Fal with me Laughing

I assume you know Lixle too. My old man used to fight with these primitive guns back in the day. When I was a kid, he still kept one as an antique.

As for withcraft(faal or otherwise), I don't believe it is peculiar to the Jubba Valley, it is a common in all somali settled lands. As a kid, I once met a man from Gebiley who told me he practiced faal.

Most definitely Ivory coast, They seemed to be fired up. I would never underestimate the capabilities of Egypt. You never know how these things will resort.

Egypt by one goal, or penalty shootout after extra time. It is not that they are better than I.C, but I think the psychological edge of the players will favor the home team. I saw a couple of games, and what a wonderful tournament, African footbal has came out of age, and thanks to the African players who refused the pressures of the rich European clubs. In particular, I salute those European born, or bred players like Drogba (I hate Chelsea), who refused to represent France and opted for Ivory Coast. I hope that motivates many young Africans, and especially young Somalis to represent their respective countries.
