I love Xalwaad but don't have any here, at home.

Basra, you have just added to my chronic case of PMS and depression. You reminded me of what I haven't got.

Bloody hell sis, deal with it.

OK OK ill tell you something my hooyo told me, a woman who experiences painful PMS, will have lesser pains in childbirth than one who suffers less.

Happy now sis? Laughing Laughing

Yes. Tweak your nipples few times during the day.

Seriously though, there is pill I read about not long ago that is at testing stage intended to end PMS for good. If approved it will give some women the option to never have to experience PMS for the rest of their lifes.

IF you're serious I can only tell what works for me. Preparation is everything. Make sure your eating properly at least 1-3 days in advance. Meaning--Large amounts of veggies, fruits, and proteins. Drink Liquids, liquids, liquids. REMember you losing blood here, fuel UP. I usually never get pains if I do this.
Then there are situation where it comes unexpectedly. First thing is to do is finding something to drink, preferably water. Warm liquids and drink slowly. Fuel up as soon as possible again with veggies, fruits, and proteins. àeat slowly. If the pain starts make sure you lay down and try to sleep it off. If it’s not tolerable, Last solution is Tylenol. I was told it apparently thins the blood to help make the pain less. I choose not to use Tylenol and always try to prepare a head of time.

My 2 cents. Works for me

Simplicity, eating proper meal 3-4 times a day won't help PMS.

Goodnews, dear, just drink hot tea and use the hot water bottle.

Usually, what works for me is if I go to the gym and work out.. Then go to the steam room.....OR I stay home the whole day and I don't go out because of the PMS temper that I have! Laughing

My brother has this dummy thing in his room and a pair of boxing gloves that I like to use during that time Laughing

Aside from that I drink tea with a table spoon of ginger powder or tea with mint leaves. I also take in a spoon of honey mixed with either lemons or black seeds( xaba sowdaa).

You have to find out what works best for you sis!

Good luck Smile
